Our stores are always changing to give customers exactly what they want and how they want it. Our Visual Merchandisers drive that, making sure customers have a seamless experience in-store. Key Responsibilities Ensure the implementation of company VM standards at the store level, including window displays, in-store visuals, mannequins, hotspots and in-store decoration. Maintain and organize all VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost‑effectively. Support layout adjustments, product handling, and renovation/store opening projects. Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the store's commercial team and the marketing team. Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance VM initiatives. Contribute by sharing market insights, expertise, and connections to support the development of VM strategies. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in retail fashion (VM, Retail Sales) are a plus. Strong fashion sense and commercial awareness. Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines. Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in email and MS Office applications.
