Overview Join to apply for the Global Relationship Manager role at ICE . ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, presents opportunities for a full-time Global Relationship Manager (GRM) to manage a set list of clients on a global basis across ICE Data Service’s full line of product suites. The GRM will work with local sales and account management colleagues to assure global coordination with ICE Data Services’ largest relationships. The GRM will be responsible for growing and maintaining revenue within their territory across all of ICE Data Services. Responsibilities Exceed annual sales quota Exceed annual revenue retention Manage territory and work closely with other members of the relationship team to identify and close new opportunities along with maintaining current revenue Manage and develop strong client relationships Work closely with colleagues outside of sales to provide feedback on client, prospect or partner requirements Daily CRM and pipeline management Knowledge And Experience At least five years sales experience with a focus on financial markets (specifically market data) and ability to consistently exceed individual sales quota Knowledge of accounting, trading, compliance, risk and post-trade portfolio valuation use cases Strong presentation skills Competent CRM-Salesforce skills Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting Solid negotiation skills Solid track record of high close ratio Previous experience working within a data/software vendor, exchange or trading firm Seniorities and Employment Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
