Responsibilities: Candidate Matchmaking: Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for internship and early career positions, ensuring alignment with employer needs. Support interview preparation and scheduling to meet team KPIs. Assess candidate employment readiness and identify any work accommodation needs. Employer Engagement: Help support job scoping for hiring individuals with disabilities, assist with interview accommodations and work adjustments. Follow up with employers to gather feedback, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing career coaching and encouragement to foster personal and professional growth. Events and Workshops: Support our annual Inclusive Recruitment Fair and other capability-building initiatives to promote inclusivity and awareness. Programme Coordination: Support the planning and execution of employment services and programs aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities. Training and Development for Employers: Support disability awareness and reasonable accommodations briefing to foster inclusive work environments. Training and Development for Candidates: Support capability-building workshops and mock interview training sessions to enhance job readiness and confidence. Data Management: Maintain and update the membership database to ensure accurate records of candidate and employer interactions. Job requirements: Degree holder or above in any discipline. 2-5 years of working experience in HR/recruitment agency/employment support related; candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great problem-solving abilities; strong analytical and organisational skills. Mature, open-minded, flexible and strong team player, able to work across all levels of stakeholders, including employers (corporates, NGOs), members and volunteers. Passionate about working in NGO and for/with highly educated people with disabilities; driving diversity and inclusion solutions and ideas forward. Willing to roll up the sleeves and work seamlessly with our small team in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
