The analyst will assist in the rollout, configuration, and training of users while ensuring functional and technical quality. Responsibilities Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full‑time second to serve the DPO. Support wider rollout of the e‑procurement service by gathering business requirements, scheduling with users, and managing rollout configurations. Consult with other teams to design system functional specifications. Design and prepare demonstration and training materials for the application. Conduct user briefings and training sessions. Participate in all activities related to maintenance and enhancements of the e‑procurement platform, including requirement collection, impact analysis, and provision of technical options to meet user/business requirements. Design, develop, and implement application functions and user/system interfaces of web applications. Conduct functional tests, system integration tests, and code reviews. Promote and provide user support to facilitate adoption of the e‑procurement service. Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications At least 4 years of post‑qualification experience, with at least 1 year in a similar post and comparable capacity. At least 4 years of solid experience in system development and implementation of Java web‑based applications, including Internet‑facing systems. Experience with Java Application Frameworks such as ZK or Spring. Sound technical knowledge of MySQL database. Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Technical Skills At least 4 years’ experience in JAVA programming (JAV). At least 4 years’ experience in Java Servlet programming (JSP). At least 4 years’ experience in JavaScript programming (JAP). At least 3 years’ experience in XML. At least 3 years’ experience in Java Application Framework (e.g., Struts). At least 2 years’ experience in HTML5. At least 2 years’ experience in Linux system administration. At least 2 years’ experience in MySQL. At least 2 years’ experience in Web Services. At least 2 years’ experience in JBoss Application Server. Advantage: 4 years’ experience in IT application development and management (ADM). Advantage: 2 years’ experience in EGIS. Non‑Technical Skills At least 2 years’ experience working with the Government. At least 2 years’ experience in the management and support of Government systems and services.
