Lead business development initiatives and oversee team management, driving substantial contributions to the firm’s overall performance. Spearhead corporate finance activities, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Act as a Responsible Officer, ensuring robust oversight of SFC-regulated activities in compliance with regulatory standards. Implement the firm’s investment banking strategies, maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and procedures. Foster cross-departmental collaboration with Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure operations align with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and industry best practices. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders to enhance business growth and trust. Manage ad-hoc projects and contribute strategic insights to support the firm’s long‑term objectives. Job requirements Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking. Candidates with deep expertise in the semiconductor industry are preferred. Licensed as a Principal for Type 6 regulated activity (Advising on Corporate Finance) under the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Extensive expertise in capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry guidelines, with a strong track record in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital market transactions. Thorough understanding of investment banking regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies. Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of successfully leading high‑performing professional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Investment, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. Fluent in Mandarin with excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Chinese.
