Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines, Master's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years' progressive experience in digital transformation, technology consulting or related fields, with proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the leasing or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects across multiple departments
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for leasing operations
  • Deep understanding of leasing operations, processes and industry best practices is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
