About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Core Systems team , focusing on wallet, settlement, and account management systems. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing foundational product infrastructure that supports smooth financial operations, user management, and compliance across the platform. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of core systems such as wallet, settlement, and account modules. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant product solutions. Define product requirements, workflows, and detailed documentation to support implementation and iteration. Drive process automation and system efficiency improvements to enhance user and operational experience. Support KYC, KYT, and regulatory compliance features in alignment with international standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Fintech, or related fields. At least 3 years of product management experience in internet, fintech, or blockchain-related industries. Strong understanding of wallet infrastructure, clearing and settlement processes, and account systems. Experience in or familiarity with KYC/KYT and compliance frameworks within the blockchain or financial sector. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills. Proficient in English, with the ability to read and interpret global compliance documentation. Nice to Have Experience working in crypto exchanges, wallet providers, or payment and compliance solution companies. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SFC, OFAC, or MAS, and a strong compliance mindset. Hands‑on experience in designing KYC/KYT models or integrating third‑party compliance APIs.
