Senior Manager Closing 30‑Sep‑2025 Client Corporate Secretarial, Client Onboarding, Entity Management. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve departmental objectives and support the overall goals of the organization. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the corporate services department. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team of supervisors, administrators, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development, creativity, and innovation. Oversee the performance of the department and individual team members, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Take corrective action as needed to address performance issues and recognize outstanding achievements. Serve as a key point of contact for high‑profile clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and mutual respect. Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of services provided by the department. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. Participate in cross‑functional projects and initiatives to support the organization’s overall success.
