Job Description - VP, Cash Product Manager - Domestic payments & collections, Transaction Banking (WD70806) Job Description VP, Cash Product Manager - Domestic payments & collections, Transaction Banking - ( WD70806 ) Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. This is an exciting and critical role within the domestic payments & collections team, responsible for managing a set of products for our Institutional Banking Clients in Cash Products Team in Global Transaction Banking team. Key responsibilities To scale up domestic payments & collections especially DBS flagship merchant collection solution 'DBS MAX' To rollout of eCNY merchant acquiring in Hong Kong To manage branch cash transactions for corporate banking clients, IPO receiving bank services (FINI) & rights/warrants/dividend issuance and ‘Collect All’ business collection services For performing competitor analysis, study market landscape, identify client needs, manage product development and commercialisation approaches For assessing new product launches, covering business and operating model, risk analysis, business continuity plan, information security & data usage amongst other topics. Ensure new product launches are compliant with the bank's policy and guidelines, and regulatory guidelines To manage partnerships by effective communication with partners, monitoring performance, on-going assessment and identifying strategies to enhance the value proposition of partnerships To oversee UAT, perform live verification upon product launch, and support post-implementation tasks such as training for sales & RMs, production enquiries, problem investigation, post implementation review For championing digitization and encourage clients to move from branch counter to digital and automated channels For providing subject matter expertise and guide and educate internal stakeholders on new capabilities, minimizing customer disputes and queries and create product collaterals For product pricing and review end to end costs to ensure product profitability Key requirements Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines 10+ years of experience in cash product management, strong knowledge in Hong Kong payments & collections landscape Experienced in cash product enhancements, product development and banking operations Strong knowledge on merchant acquiring business, domestic collection, FPS is added advantage Experience in partnership/ vendor management Good understanding of corporate banking services Good business analysis skills Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
