As an AI Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and deploying AI models to optimize operational processes and decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration. Ensuring the scalability and performance of AI systems within a dynamic financial environment. Providing technical expertise and recommendations for AI-driven strategies. Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of deployed AI solutions. A successful AI Engineer should have: Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant disciplines, from a globally recognized university. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML within top-tier investment banks, securities firms, or asset managers. Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in financial services. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Stable profile. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Knowledge of financial services operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
