You will be the person In-charge of shipment related matters for the company's APAC market. You will be serving world-known brands corporate clients. What you will work on: Shipping Documentation – Handle full set of import and export shipping documents for “Retail Store Furniture & Materials” to APAC, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations. Communication and Coordination – Liaise with freight forwarders, transportation companies, and customers’ logistics departments. Data Management – Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents, customs clearance papers, and insurance certificates. Create and update records of product specifications such as codes, materials, and dimensions to support customs clearance. Administration – Handle general administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., filing, quotation summaries, supply tracking). How you should be: Degree holder in logistic management or shipping management disciplines or Association with related disciplines. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling shipments. Experience in either furniture shipping or handling shipments to the APAC region is a must. Understand logistics management, including transportation and warehousing. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, in both written & spoken. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Passionate, Self-motivated, Work Smart. Team Player.
