Job Title Medical Sales Supervisor / Assistant Sales Manager Location Southmark, HK, HK Global Business Unit HEC Job Function Sales Requisition Number Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Sales Supervisor to lead the promotion of our Own Brands pharmaceutical products to private hospitals and clinics. In this role, you’ll drive strategic sales plans, uncover new business opportunities, and guide your team to success. If you’re a proactive leader with strong industry knowledge and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you. General Responsibilities Promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to private hospitals and clinics. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets. Collaborate with your team to achieve KPIs and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and recommend effective counter strategies. Oversee daily sales operations, including reporting and forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals. Job Requirements Degree or professional qualification in Science or a Medical-related field. 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, experienced and established network with private Orthopaedic or / and Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G) specialists is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with good numerical sense. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Experience in team management is a plus.
