Head of Business Integration

Responsibilities Report to GM (Finance) and lead the Business Integration Team to handle all-rounded business-related applications/systems. Lead the enhancement and implementation of the Hospital Information System (HIS) and related clinical systems (PAS, LIS, RIS, etc.). Define system functionalities, workflows, and integration requirements to support safe, efficient, and patient‑centric operations. Oversee the development and continuous enhancement of enterprise systems, including ERP, Kiosk, Patient APP, and other core systems. Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and clinical teams to ensure system scalability, security and performance. Drive seamless integration between clinical and administrative systems to support coordinated care delivery. Oversee project timelines, budgets, risk assessments and issue escalation. Partner with clinical leaders, administrators and management to translate service needs into IT‑enabled solutions. Lead change management activities, user training, communication and stakeholder alignment for system rollouts. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time. Requirements Holder of a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline. At least 15 years of relevant work experience at a managerial level or above. Solid experience in core clinical application systems implementation, administration and support. Experienced in hospitals or healthcare‑related companies is a must. Good business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions. Experienced in integrations among various clinical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Good leadership and team‑building skills in motivating personnel. Excellent presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua. Work Location The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong in Tseung Kwan O.
