We are seeking an experienced Laundry Manager to oversee our comprehensive laundry operations and lead our team to deliver exceptional service quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise complete laundry processes including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, garment organization, packaging, loading and unloading. Monitor daily laundry operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Train laundry staff and supervise work performance to maintain operational excellence. Education & Experience Secondary 5 education or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required 5+ years of workshop management and operations experience Experience in fabric/hotel/garment laundry operations preferred Language Skills Fluent Cantonese and Putonghua Fair English (reading and writing capability) Able to read and write Chinese characters Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Strong operational management abilities Working Arrangement 6 working days per week Shift holiday arrangement #J-18808-Ljbffr
