Contract Technical Project Manager - ERP SAP, CRM, Leasing (HKD55k – 75k) Our client is a growing Property Management Group, where they is now seeking a Contract Technical Project Manager - ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM (HKD55k – 75k) to join their growing team in Hong Kong. Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on project management and technical advisory for complex enterprise-level applications in end-to-end development & implementation. This role will require extensive experience in the implementation of systems such as ERP SAP S/4 HANA, HRIS SuccessFactors, CRM D365 , FMS, PMS, Leasing systems, etc. aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects involving enterprise-level applications and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on systems and applications development methodologies, tools, and technologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business process owners, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements and define project parameters. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress. Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SAP, SuccessFactors, D365, FMS, PMS, IoT, Leasing Applications and other enterprise applications, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and functionality of systems. Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize vendor performance and project outcomes. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and documentation of project activities, including requirements, specifications, and change requests.Maintain a comprehensive project archive for future reference and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 10 years of Application Development, Project Management, Technical Advisory and/or Enterprise level Application implementation experience such as SAP S/4 Hana, SuccessFactor, D365, FMS, PMS, IoT, Leasing Applications, etc. Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects across various IT domains, from business applications (ERP, CRM), digital, web, IoT, Smart Technologies, etc. Professional project management certification (PMP or Prince2). Demonstrate a proven ability in risk management throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Immediately available is a must.
