Talent Officer - Event/ Outreach (Up to 21k | HKSTP | Renewable Contract) 1 month Bonus | Science Park Our client is a public corporation located at Science Park looking for a Officer to join their HR team. Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as sharing sessions, engagement events & visits, recruitment fairs, offsite meeting etc. Promptly and professionally handle HKSTP park companies’ inquiries on HKSTP talent initiatives and Talent Pool Platform users via phone, email or chat. Provide administrative support for various team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment activities and onboarding arrangements. Collaborate across teams to enhance the user experience of the talent pool platform. Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor. Requirements Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines; higher diploma holder will also be considered. Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, candidate with customer service or technical support experience will have an added advantage. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediately available is highly preferred.
