Brand Equity & Experience Build and maintain brand equity by designing holistic and consistent brand experiences, implementing brand campaigns, and ensuring visual identity across all touchpoints. Category Strategy & Innovation Assess category landscape, implement category growth and innovation plans. Integrated Communication Translate consumer insights into big ideas and 360° communication plans, manage agency relationships, and oversee campaign execution across media channels. Marketing Execution Guide and ensure coherence in marketing activities, implement social, influencer, and trade marketing, and measure outcomes for continuous improvement. A&P Budget Control Control Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spending based on pre-approved budgets and prepare regular A&P spending reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to achieve sales targets. Customer Support Handle customer enquiries and follow up with relevant parties for prompt action. Compliance Comply with company standards, policies, and procedures. Other Responsibilities Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree holder in business, marketing communication or related field. 3+ years or above working experience in FMCG companies. Familiar with Nielsen Data Analysis will be preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Proactive and creative. Lead & drive project independently.
