Installation: Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices. Connectivity: Manage network connections and protocols. Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues. Problem Solving: Resolve network failures and performance bottlenecks. Maintenance: Perform updates, firmware upgrades, and optimizations. Collaboration: Work with IT colleagues to integrate network systems. Security Compliance: Conduct network assessments and audits. Documentation: Maintain records of network configurations and changes. User Support: Provide technical support to users and IT staff. Qualifications Education: Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or similar role. Technical Skills: Professional of network protocols and architectures (e.g., VLAN, ACL, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc). Security Knowledge: Strong grasp of network security principles. Troubleshooting: Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment. Tools: Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
