Responsibilities Lead and manage the administrative team, handle client/supplier liaison, and manage daily documentation and paperwork; Full handling of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and monthly bank reconciliation; Forecast material requirements, conduct monthly physical stock-take, issue purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies on material control and inventory management; Perform general administrative and office management duties; Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management; Requirements Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines; At least 3–5 years of solid experience in accounting, procurement, and inventory management (candidates with manufacturing/electronics industry background will be prioritized); Hands‑on experience in full set of AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and inventory control; Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, or similar) and inventory procedures; Detail‑oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently and under pressure; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is required (frequent communication with Huizhou factory); Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Chinese word processing; Willing and able to travel to Huizhou, mainland China as needed; Immediate availability is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
