Sales Manager

Responsibilities Drive the sales team to align with and achieve corporate strategic goals. Promote and sell a variety of building products such as aggregate, cement, river sand and green building materials. Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Provide technical sales support to clients. Review, monitor, reconcile, rectify and enhance sales/marketing mechanisms to accomplish budgeted annual sales volume and turnover. Provide timely reports to top management of sales forecasts, result analysis, operational performance evaluation and business development. Handle ad hoc assignments as required. Qualifications Degree holder in Sales, Marketing, Construction, Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building/construction materials and logistics industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. Good leadership skills in managing a team workforce, including strong customer relationship management and clientele expansion. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset. Self‑motivated, independent, aggressive, well‑organized, flexible and proactive. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Holding a driving licence no. 1 & 2. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Sales Manager role. Immediate availability is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
