Senior Retail Manager - Luxury Fashion (HK,MO,TW) Our client is a Spanish luxury fashion house, renowned for its passionate artistry, craftsmanship, and bold in-trend designs. To solidify their leadership and drive ambitious growth across Greater China, they are seeking a visionary Senior Retail Manager to oversee the Hong King, Macao, and Taiwan markets. About the Role: This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned retail professional to take full commercial and operational responsibility for the brand's performance across three distinct and critical markets. Based in Hong Kong, you will be the key driver of excellence, brand expression, and business growth. Develop and execute the overarching retail strategy to achieve market-leading performance and brand presence in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and development to all retail teams across the region, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional client service. Demonstrate proven leadership and a deep understanding of the Taiwan market. Possessing actual working experience in Taiwan is essential to tailor strategies, navigate its unique consumer landscape, and lead the team effectively. Drive the achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and profitability for all boutiques within the region through meticulous analysis and action-oriented plans. Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure a consistent, elevated brand image and a personalized client experience that reflects the brand's Spanish heritage. Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance, ensuring excellence and efficiency. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to global headquarters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. A minimum of 8-10 years of retail management experience within the luxury fashion sector, with at least 3 years in a multi-market leadership role. Proven and substantial working experience in a senior retail capacity with direct responsibility for the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan market is non-negotiable. Demonstrable success in leading and developing high-performing retail teams to achieve and exceed commercial targets. Strong business acumen, with exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. An inspiring leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus. A genuine passion for the brand's aesthetic and the ability to be a true ambassador for its values. Willingness to travel extensively across the three markets.
