Mission As the Campaign Science professional, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business objectives into hyper-personalised customer experiences that deepen engagement and drive revenue and loyalty. You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from diagnosing business problems to executing data-driven communications via unified MarTech applications – while enforcing rigorous test‑learn‑iterate discipline and operational excellence. By embracing and adopting AIML, you will deliver measurable impact through increased customer engagement and revenue uplift. Key Responsibilities Strategic Briefing & Business Problem Solving Diagnose & Translate: Partner with business stakeholders to review and solve identify business problems and translate them into targeted CRM communication strategies Customer Communication Brief Agreement: Define and agree campaign briefs with business stakeholders – clarifying objectives, target KPIs, budget, and legal/compliance guardrails Solution Design: Architect and champion the designated contextual marketing communications via segmentation with AIML drivers against conventional rule-based selection End-to-End Campaign Execution & Optimization Multi‑Channel Orchestration: Build, QA, and deploy complex campaigns to multi‑channel journeys (email / SMS / MMS / push notification / in‑app banner) leveraging Unica Contextual Marketing Platform (CMP) for real‑time personalization Experimental Rigor: Design and execute A/B/n and multivariate tests (creative, channel, offer, timing) as well as cognitive & behavioral science principles to optimise campaign performance Campaign Performance Tracking: Build and implement regular campaign tracking dashboard to monitor performance – Leads deployed and blasted, consumption, conversion response (test vs. control), revenue/ROI, etc. Decision Gates: Lead post-campaign reviews to drive informed decisions and recommend next actions – Continue (scale winners), Refine (iterate on mid‑performers), or Stop (sunset underperformers) – backed by data Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations Performance Diagnostics: Analyse campaign data (conversion funnels, attribution models) to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations Forecasting & Modeling: Leverage cutting‑edge data science techniques, including predictive modelling and customer segmentation, to uncover deeper customer insights and campaign optimisation opportunities Customer Insights: Synthesize customer engagement data into cross‑functional briefs to inform product and experience improvements MarTech Ecosystem Enhanced Capabilities: Collaborate with platform owner and technical support to enhance IBM Unica Contextual Marketing Platform (CMP) capabilities by developing scalable campaign to drive multi‑channel journeys for hyper‑personalisation while enforcing governance and control MarTech Trends: Stay abreast of the latest MarTech trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the campaign execution capabilities Cross‑Functional Collaboration Unified Understanding & Insights: Work closely with business stakeholders and local/regional Data Chapter professionals to deeply understand analytics requirements and deliver impactful, data‑driven recommendations aligned with business goals Influential Decisions: Effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to cross‑functional stakeholders, driving alignment and securing support for your initiatives Operational Excellence & Resilience Process Automation: Streamline campaign workflows, approvals, and reporting processes, leveraging MarTech capabilities to drive efficiency and scalability Resilience: Implement robust quality assurance, risk mitigation, and maker‑checker frameworks to ensure campaign deliverability, list hygiene, and overall resilience Documentation: Maintain comprehensive playbooks for campaign execution, testing frameworks, and compliance protocols to ensure operational excellence Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related discipline) 5+ years of experience in campaign management, digital/CRM marketing, or a related field Proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL and Python and visualization software, Qlik Sense Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., SFMC/Unica/Pega, etc.) and data visualization tools Proven track record of driving data‑driven, personalised campaigns that deliver measurable business impact Expertise in leveraging AIML techniques to enable hyper‑personalisation and campaign optimisation Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data Exceptional attention to detail.
