We are looking for an energetic person to join our team. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy: Develop and present integrated marketing plans and proposals for online and offline channels. Social Media Management: Manage end-to-end social media operations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohong Shu), including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis across all platforms. Digital Advertising: Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns across social media and display networks (e.g., Meta, Instagram, Google Display Network) to maximize ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead the execution of SEO strategies for website development, focusing on improving keyword rankings, content quality, organic traffic, and user experience. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and prepare insightful reports and presentations. Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support on other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements 1-3 years (or above) of experience in a marketing or communications role. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and video marketing. Hands‑on experience with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, energetic, with a strong market sense and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
