APP R&D Manager

1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants 1.Responsible for analyzing APP user requirements and user data, gaining an in-depth understanding of users to provide better product design solutions. 2.Proficient in user experience (UX) design principles and possess a global perspective. Able to keenly identify market trends and continuously optimize the product experience to enhance user satisfaction. 3.Assist front-end and back-end engineers in technical implementation to ensure effective realization of product functions. 4.Conduct research and analysis on competing products in the market, providing differentiated product design solutions. 5.Capable of completing interactive prototype designs for products and providing UI design solutions. 6.Maintain APP version updates and listings based on the rules of various app stores (including APP introduction pages, feature descriptions, etc.). Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information or related fields. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer software product design, proficient in user experience design theories and methods, with a good international perspective. 3.Familiar with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe, PS, etc., possess a certain aesthetic foundation, and able to independently complete interactive prototype designs and UI designs for products. 4.Strong written expression and communication skills, able to quickly and accurately understand business requirements and develop corresponding design solutions. 5.Prior experience in consumer electronics (3C) products and APP design is preferred, with a basic understanding of the technical principles of smart hardware. 6.Familiar with the rules of various app stores/platforms/content operations, with experience in managing app store listings.
