Job Description Job Responsibilities Digital Communication Strategy Development Take ownership of the organisation's digital communication strategy, creating and implementing innovative approaches that leverage online platforms to maximise visibility and engagement. Develop end-to-end solutions, ensuring that strategies are integrated across corporate websites, intranets, and social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WeChat. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to align digital communication goals with overall business objectives. Use analytics and performance data to refine communication strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with target audience preferences. Social Media Management Spearhead the management and expansion of the Group's social media presence by developing creative, engaging, and impactful content. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other digital partners to amplify the organization’s messages and enhance its brand image. Design and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote key corporate initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Crisis Communication and Management Lead the development of crisis communication plans and issue management strategies, ensuring the organisation is well‑prepared to address potential challenges in the digital space. Provide strategic advice and actionable solutions during online media crises, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and preserve the company’s reputation. Work closely with external agencies to conduct social listening and identify potential issues early, escalating them for timely resolution by relevant stakeholders. Web Management Serve as the webmaster for the corporate website, overseeing layout, interface, features, and content to ensure it meets the needs of diverse business units and aligns with brand guidelines. Ensure all web assets are optimised for user experience, accessibility, and search engine rankings to drive greater reach and engagement. The Successful Applicant Requirements for the Role Educational Qualifications and Core Expertise A degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline is required. A strong foundation in corporate communications, with at least 10‑12 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years specialising in digital marketing and social media. High Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Technical and Digital Skills Proven expertise in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of website management, including layout optimisation, content creation, and user engagement strategies. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and web performance metrics to monitor success and inform strategic adjustments. Interpersonal and Communication Abilities Exceptional writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences. A proactive, creative, and independent approach to work, coupled with excellent teamwork capabilities. Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Professional Attributes Commercially aware with a solid understanding of corporate procedures, concepts, and principles related to digital communications. Skilled at evaluating situations using multiple sources of information and applying advanced communication and diplomacy skills to influence and lead others effectively. A hands‑on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and demonstrates the ability to handle both strategic planning and execution.
