We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media / Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Comfiknit Limited, a fashion and lifestyle brand based in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital marketing strategies and elevating our brand presence across key social media platforms. What you'll be doing Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Manage and optimise our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote, to achieve measurable results. Monitor and analyse social media and digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform future campaigns. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts. Support the planning and implementation of digital advertising campaigns, including paid social, search engine marketing, and display advertising. Assist with the creation and curation of high-quality visual and written content for social media and website use. What we're looking for At least 5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive strategic decision‑making. Experience in using business advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus. Able to handle multi‑tasks, work independently and meet tight deadlines. Passion for the fashion and lifestyle industry and a keen eye for aesthetic and trends.
