Airfreight Supervisor

Handle full set of air freight shipping document. Oversee airfreight operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of shipments. Address customer services teams inquiries and complaints, maintaining strong relationships and providing updates on shipment status. Liaise with airlines, co-loaders and ground handling agents to manage bookings, monitor flight schedules, and resolve any issues. Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Monitor and control operational costs, input cost, optimizing resources to improve profitability. Prepare reports on key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvements. Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to minimize impact on service delivery. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Excellent airlines/co-loaders network will be an advantage. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in airfreight, logistics, or supply chain management. DG Awareness training or DG Handling license holder will be an advantage. Understanding of air freight regulations, customs procedures, and industry standards. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams. Fair command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
