Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our growth across Hong Kong and China. This is a high-impact role for a strategic hunter who thrives on building new business and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our sophisticated investment management solutions to institutional investment managers, superannuation/pension funds, and other sophisticated buy‑side firms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep network, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record of “hustle” – cracking into new segments and building a business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for complex, high-value enterprise deals in the Hong Kong and mainland China region. Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by building and managing a robust pipeline. Leverage a “Team Selling” approach, effectively navigating internal global specialists (Pre‑Sales, Product, Client Success) to deliver a unified and compelling value proposition. Manage long sales cycles with multi‑threaded relationships across a complex powerbase, including C‑suite executives. Market Development & Strategic Planning Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to penetrate new market segments and establish CWAN Enfusion as the dominant solution in the region. Proactively and consistently promote the CWAN Enfusion brand within the investment management community through industry events, partnerships, and direct engagement. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key industry partners and consultants. Consultative Solutioning & Industry Leadership Utilize deep knowledge of the investment management operational landscape (front, middle, and back office) to provide valuable insights and solutions to prospects. Work closely with the Pre‑Sales team to design and deliver tailored, consultative solutions that address specific client challenges and strategic goals. Articulate the business value and ROI of the CWAN Enfusion platform compellingly. Client-Centric Execution Adopt a client-success mindset throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless handover to the implementation and service teams post-signing. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, building long-term relationships that extend beyond the initial sale. Qualifications & Experience Must-Haves: Minimum of 4 years of direct enterprise software sales experience, specifically selling investment management solutions (OMS, PMS, RMS, IBOR, etc.) into the SEA market. A minimum of 1 year of documented, quantifiable success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. (Consideration will be given to high-achieving Pre‑Sales professionals with a demonstrable desire to move into a closing role). Proven experience managing sales cycles of 6-12 months, engaging with multiple stakeholders and C-level decision-makers. An established and strong network within the institutional investment management community in Hong Kong and mainland China. Critical Competencies: Deep Industry Knowledge: Intimate understanding of the workflows, challenges, and trends in the buy-side industry. Strategic Hunter: A “grind” mentality with a proven ability to open new doors, create opportunities, and build a business in a competitive environment. Business-Owner Mindset: Motivated, self-starter who can operate independently and navigate a global matrix organization to get things done. Excellent Communicator: Superior presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent/business level Mandarin and English.
