Associate / Senior Associate - Investment Banking Located at the heart of the Financial Center, the Headquarter of Eddid Financial is in Hong Kong that has been developed as a renowned Financial Services Group since 2015. The businesses of the Group cover the active financial trading areas, such as SE Asia, Europe and North America. Our subsidiaries are holding different trading licenses both in HK and US, including but not limited to SFC licenses #1,2,3,4,5,6 & 9. Also, we are possessing the memberships of SEC, NFA, HK Creditor, Securities & Futures Broker, and Insurance Brokerage. Key elements of the job Supporting the investment banking team in day-to-day work regarding pitching and transaction execution. Key tasks Leading and coordinating on IBD project execution Assist in marketing and project origination Process IBD and internal relevant documentations Perform due diligence and financial analysis Preparation of marketing material and internal documentation Assist in project execution for both corporate finance and GCM transactions Handle ad hoc tasks from time to time Ideal candidate Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics academic or paralegal related background Preferable Professional qualification of CPA or CFA Preferable working experience with ECM or Corporate Finance experience Holder of SFC licenses (type 1 and 6) is optional Experience in project execution and good command of documentation Proficiency in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese - writing and conversation Sensitive to numbers and ability to understand financial statement Good Team player We offer an exciting career opportunity to the successful candidate.
