Senior Consultant – FinTech & Digital Assets About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director / Hong Kong Head of Recruitment to lead our regional recruitment strategy and execution across all functions, with a primary focus on driving organizational growth in Hong Kong. You will be joining one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges , a top-tier centralized trading platform serving millions of users globally. The organization is known for its strong product ecosystem, rapid innovation, and sustained growth across APAC. As part of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s talent engine to support its continued expansion. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s people strategy by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent across multiple business areas — including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Corporate functions. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, partnering closely with global business leaders and HR counterparts to ensure our talent agenda aligns with the organization’s long‑term growth ambitions in APAC. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across APAC, aligning regional priorities with global business objectives. Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across all departments, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience. Act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, providing data‑driven insights on market trends, organizational design, and workforce planning. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness across key markets, with an emphasis on Hong Kong. Manage, coach, and develop the regional talent acquisition team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. Implement innovative sourcing and hiring practices to attract top‑tier talent across fintech, crypto, and technology domains. Partner with leadership to develop and execute diversity and inclusion hiring strategies across the region. Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to inform strategy and optimize hiring performance. What We Look For In You 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or leadership capacity overseeing multiple countries within APAC. Proven success in managing full‑cycle recruitment across a range of corporate and technical functions. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and align hiring strategies with business goals. Deep understanding of the APAC talent landscape, especially in Hong Kong, and familiarity with regional employment practices and market dynamics. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to cross‑regional collaboration. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics, diagnose challenges, and implement solutions. Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments such as fintech, crypto, or technology companies.
