Here is what you need to know about this role Work closely with the Merchandising Team throughout the entire merchandising, product development and production process. Provide merchandising and operational support to the team such as material sourcing, tech pack follow up, data management and sample arrangement. Handle customer enquiries on purchase order, samples, shipment status, and others during the pre- and post-production processes. Prepare purchase orders and ensure all data in the Order Management System is accurate and up to date. Oversee arrangement for samples and production shipment, prepare relevant documentation and ensure timely delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion or related field. Relevant experience in order processing and operational support, preferably with a garment / manufacturing background. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of numerical accuracy and proficiency in Excel. A proactive self-starter and team player who is resilient and adaptable to a fast‑pace and growing environment. Good customer service skills and able to understand customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external parties. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Benefits and Perks Competitive salary with 13th month salary plus discretionary bonus.
