HR Senior Associate, Global Private Equity Global Private Equity & Asset Management Regional HR C&B, Projects and BP Support Our Client Regional expansion headcount with Global Private Equity & Alternative Investment Firm with USD 100Bill+ AUM and over 20 offices worldwide to search for Regional HR Generalist with strong numerate analytical skills Responsibilities Report to Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals across APAC with over 150 employees. Prepare value‑added HR reports / HRIS for regional staff and business planning and annual compensation review. Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support. Facilitate the implementation & communication of global/regional initiatives. Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including documentation/employment contract preparation, reference checks, offer extension, onboarding logistics, and background screening. Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including leave administration, payroll calculation, overtime & shift allowances, pension, tax filing and MPF contributions. Contribute to bi‑annual performance management review and coordinate with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters. Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance. Active participation in regional projects from change management, process streamlining aligned with regional/global initiatives. Requirements Overseas graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines. 5 years of Regional HR C&B, Project Management and Generalist experience earned from Int’l Financial Institutions. Self‑driven with strong analytical and numerate sense along with reporting and project management skills. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint. People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills. Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
