Business Project Manager

Our client is a watch Trading and Manufacturing Company. Responsibilities: Support the implementation of strategic business planning platform at all key functions and execute the roll out plans throughout the organization of the Group; Support and facilitate the development of long term strategies and action plans for all the key functions & operation units to ensure strategic alignment and synergy; Prepare PowerPoint or documentation for business project support; Being able to prepare business plans; Follow through the action plans for all identified critical Issues; Understanding business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements; Conduct market analysis and take actions to mitigate risks; Analyze and challenge the business from top line to bottom line for identification of improvement areas; Facilitate project meetings and propose creative solutions to resolve business issues; Analyze market information regularly to generate reports and forecast; Support & report to the Director in various aspects of the business growth Requirements: Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, Finance or relevant discipline; At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Business Development experience; Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese; Good analytical, personal presentation skills & problem solving skills; Strong business acumen with proven experience in project management; Strong Powerpoint presentation, data and business analysis capabilities Experienced in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery; Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word & PowerPoint; Excellent in command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Good time-management, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure; Candidates with less experience will also be considered; Immediate available is highly preferable Interested candidates please click the ‘Apply Now' button to submit your resume (MS Word document) or email to or send your CV to: DELKEN Personnel Consultants Limited , Room F, 10th Floor, Lucky Plaza, 315-321 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, HK or contact or fax to .
