Operations Control Operator (Monthly Basic Salary $17,000) (Ref: ) (Monthly Basic Salary $17,000) (*New Joiner Bonus $3,000) Responsibilities Assist in the running of the Cable Car System to ensure safety, professional and reliable operations. Carry out all operational activities associated with the Cable Car System, in accordance with the Government legislations and Tung Chung Cable Car By-Law. Progress to the position of Duty Controller under the Ropeways Ordinance for operating the Cable Car System. Control the cable car system in a safe and responsible manner as advised by the Duty Controller. Assist the Operations Control Supervisor with the day‑to‑day running of the cable car system and other tasks as required such as duty officer to assist Duty Manager & Duty Competent Person on daily operations. Control the cable car operations at Airport Island Angle Station as Drive Operator in line with the company operational procedures. Ensure the highest standard of operations is being achieved in compliance with the requirements of relevant government legislation and codes of practice. Ensure that the cable car stations/terminals are operated consistently in accordance with the approved operational procedures. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management. Relevant working/guest service experience preferred. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin. Must be well presented, friendly, punctual, reliable, responsible, keen to learn, and with a positive attitude, enterprising spirit and high standard of conduct. Roster shift duty on Sunday and public holidays is required.
