Senior Front Office Developer

Job Description: As a Senior Developer, you will: Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and .NET technologies, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations. Work with an international team in an agile, fast-paced, and autonomous environment. Collaborate with senior engineers to explore new technologies and implement industry best practices to expand system capabilities. Provide production support, ensuring system stability and performance. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Required Skillset Wed love to hear from you if you have: 6-8 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in a Linux environment. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong coding skills in Rust or C#, or any other object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java). A genuine interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies. A strong sense of ownership over deliverables, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. The ability to analyze and solve complex problems with elegant solutions. Experience with multithreading, web protocols (e.g., WebSocket, RESTful APIs), or high-throughput/low-latency system design (a plus).
