Your new role
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Develop and execute audit plans and programs based on risk assessments.
  • Identify and evaluate areas of risk and provide recommendations for improving controls and processes.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and provide advisory support.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
