Senior / Business Compliance & Risk Control Manager Join to apply for the Senior / Business Compliance & Risk Control Manager role at Bank of China (Hong Kong). Responsibilities Design and prepare various routine monitoring and compliance reports for Global Markets operational risks. Follow up on various operational incidents and conduct independent assessments and analyses on the cases. Write internal self‑assessment and gap analysis reports on internal control and compliance mechanisms. Formulate internal control or working manual manuals and provide opinions on the operating procedures of the business units. Coordinate with relevant parties on various internal and external audit exams and monitor progress on implementing corrective measures as suggested and agreed by the bank. Assist supervisors to roll out all internal control measures, such as formulating management guidelines or carrying out sample checks. Provide necessary risk control support to front‑line trading teams (including those in ASEAN entities). Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. 5 years of working experience in strategy planning, data analysis, economic research or a related field. Strong sense of responsiveness and ability to perform tasks timely and independently. Excellent written and communication skills. Good understanding of industry dynamics and market changes in Hong Kong and China’s financial markets. Excellent skills in MS Office and data analysis tools. May need to travel or work in ASEAN entities for a short duration.
