Job Description As a Community Support Consultant, you will be a core member of our team in Hong Kong. You will directly engage with the community, build trusting relationships with service recipients, assess their actual needs, and provide professional support solutions and full-process assistance. Your work will directly impact the well-being of community individuals and contribute to building a tighter, mutually supportive community support network. Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to and assess potential service recipients in the community to understand their specific circumstances and needs. Provide one-on-one, professional and confidential consultation and process guidance services to service recipients. Effectively manage and maintain client relationships to ensure a smooth and caring service experience. Proactively develop and maintain cooperative partnerships with local community organizations, social welfare institutions and relevant units. Assist in planning and participating in community education activities to raise public awareness of mutual assistance and support channels. Complete necessary service records, case collation and data reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in social sciences, public relations, healthcare or related fields. Excellent communication skills, listening skills and strong empathy. Outstanding time management abilities, capable of handling cases independently while possessing good teamwork spirit. Prior experience in social work, medical care or public welfare fundraising preferred. Proficient in Cantonese and English communication, with cross-cultural business perspective and sensitivity. Familiarity with Hong Kong's social welfare system and community resources is an advantage.
