Join our leading bakery concept as a head cook, where creativity and hospitality come together. You’ll be preparing top-quality dishes, while working as part of a dynamic, supportive team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a head cook located in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot dishes, salads and cold dishes in accordance with customer requests and company standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing inventory or restocking supplies as needed. Responsibilities Prepare and produce all dishes according to the prescribed recipes and specifications Check and prepare the required mise‑en‑place according to the menu orders Prepare store requisitions for supervisor’s approval and ensure that the received goods meet the predetermined quality and purchasing specifications Ensure the proper handling and storage of all semi‑finished and finished products so as to keep spoilage to a minimum Keep the work stations are cleaned and hygienic and proper safety procedures at all times Maintain all operating equipment in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary Train new staff and assign them to appropriate work stations Assist in creating new dishes for a la carte menu and buffet and preparing sample tasting for management Assist in monthly stock taking activities Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor Qualifications 8‑10 years’ relevant experience in leading hotel or restaurants Creativity with recipes English is a must Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment High level of reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer An inspiring, collaborative working environment.
