Building Surveyor

Our client is a Leading Property company, engaged in property investment, rental and development, estate management and hotel operations. Responsibilities Plan, execute and manage building maintenance works, repair, renovation, fitting‑out and A&A projects from inception to completion Conduct site survey, site inspection and monitoring work progress Supervise contractors on site and check quality and progress of works to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output Carry feasibility studies on proposed works to cope with marketing strategies Assist and work closely with building management office to provide technical support Handle ad hoc tasks or assignments as required Perform any other works as directed by manager from time to time Requirements Degree holder or above in Building Surveying / Building Construction and/or Building Studies or equivalent related Building Construction disciplines Associate Member of RICS, CABE or equivalent preferred Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies in property maintenance or consultant firms Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (i.e. Minor Works System) Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management Candidates with less qualifications / experience will be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor Interested candidates, please send your resume (MS Word document) including employment history, present and expected salary to us.
