Course Leader - Overseas Study Tour Join to apply for the Course Leader - Overseas Study Tour role at EF. Want to travel for free during the summer? Hoping to gain some international experience working overseas? As a Course Leader you will travel abroad with a group of students for two to four weeks, becoming their support system & mentor, providing day‑to‑day assurance. Your students are between 10‑18 years old, and they study language courses and enjoy a full schedule of activities organised by EF. Key Responsibilities Travel together with the students to the destination. Work as part of an international team – during the trip you will report to the overseas management team and, together with overseas colleagues and other Course Leaders from other countries, look after an international group of students. Be available for the students 24/7. Make quick decisions under pressure. Ensure the students are safe, happy, and integrated into the group and the programme. Sense when something is wrong or when a student needs extra support. Ensure the students follow the EF rules that they have all read and signed. Ideal Candidate Proficient in English and fluent in Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). Responsible and well‑organised. Social, outgoing and confident. Loves to take own initiatives. Able to make good decisions in stressful situations. Experienced in travelling, studying, or living abroad. Experienced as a teacher or with children ages 10-18; love for children is a must. License Requirement Must be a holder of the Tour Escorts License issued by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC).
