Reporting to Senior Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Company’s brand stories. You will be responsible for creating multimedia content, managing the company’s archives and showrooms, and supporting both internal and external communication initiatives. Responsibilities Social Media and Content Support Assist in planning and developing multimedia content for corporate social media platforms. Schedule and track online posts, and analyze performance to improve engagement. Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and communication strategy. Archive and Showroom Management Support the management of the company’s archives, including content organization of historical materials and digital assets. Coordinate the maintenance and update of corporate showrooms and exhibition spaces, ensuring displays are visually engaging and aligned with corporate narratives. Assist in curating new exhibits and preparing display materials to enhance visitor experience. Event Support Assist with event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site operations. Provide photography and videography coverage for internal and external corporate events. News and Internal Monitoring Track media mentions, social media activity, and internal happenings. Support the creation of internal newsletters and reports for stakeholders. Videography & Photography Assist with the planning, shooting, editing, and post-production process for video and photo projects. Help maintain and organize the company’s photo and video library, ensuring easy retrieval and consistent brand visuals. Support creative storytelling by developing short features, staff stories, or behind-the-scenes footage that reflect the company’s culture and values. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related fields. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, advertising/PR agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Experience in archive management or exhibition/showroom coordination preferred. Strong technical skills in videography, photography, and editing software is an advantage. A creative mindset with passion for storytelling and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
