Responsibilities Collect both technical and user requirements for the new iAM Smart enhancements. Study the technical feasibility of the new iAM Smart enhancements and create initial design of the infrastructure and application structure. Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design of the new iAM Smart enhancements. Liaise and collaborate with various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new iAM Smart enhancements. Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new iAM Smart enhancements. Provide technical support for Government departments or non-government parties to adopt the enhanced iAM Smart functions. Review the test plan and perform the testing for the new iAM Smart enhancements. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The candidate should possess: Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems. Solid working experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test. Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients. Good sense of analytical and problem solving skills. Good command of English and Chinese writing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development. Solid working experience in mobile accessibility testing. Working experience in Government procurement procedure. It is an advantage for the candidate to possess the following: Knowledge or experience on Container technology, microservices technology, authentication / authorisation protocol standards such as OAuth or SAML. Experience in User Experience (UX) design. Putonghua communication skills. Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM). At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV). At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS). At least 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC). Non-technical Skills Good coordination skills is a must. At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS). Excellent written English is an advantage. 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
