About Love 21 Love 21 is a registered charity in Hong Kong empowering the Down syndrome and autistic community to reach their full potential through sport, nutrition and other holistic support programmes. Currently, we serve over 550 members and their families, providing around 700 activities/classes per month (including different styles of dance, fitness, yoga etc.), as well as nutritional and holistic support. Key Responsibilities Programme Management & Delivery Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all regular Love 21 sports and fitness activities. Secure and manage appropriate venues, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless programme delivery. Ensure all programmes are delivered on budget and in strict adherence to funded Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements. Team Leadership & Coach Management Manage, mentor, and support a team of coaches, instructors, and volunteers to foster a positive and high-performing environment. Liaise with coaches to schedule sessions, communicate expectations, and ensure the highest standards of instruction. Continuously monitor and evaluate coach performance and class quality, implementing improvements as needed. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with schools, corporate organizations, and community groups to expand programme reach and opportunities. Represent Love 21 at external events, performances, and competitions to promote our mission and build our network. Operations & Data Analysis Oversee the day-to-day operations and space management for the 2/F venues at the Love 21 Centre. Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme effectiveness and impact. Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from classes, events, and participant feedback to drive data‑informed programme improvements. Strategic Development Support the Head of Programmes in conducting community needs assessments and developing new, innovative sports and fitness initiatives. Contribute to strategic planning, funding proposals, and reports to ensure the long‑term sustainability and growth of the programmes. General Duties Provide general operational and event support for the broader activities of Love 21. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the organization's objectives. Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in programme management, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector. A recognised degree in Sports Management, Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Skills & Competencies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese (fluency is essential). Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, with the ability to see the big picture and translate vision into actionable plans. Strong organisational and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex programmes. High proficiency in standard office software applications, including the MS Office suite. Personal Attributes A proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a dynamic environment. Employment type: Full‑time (annual contract subject to renewal).
