General Manager - Factory - (Based Dongguan, China) General Manager - Factory - (Based Dongguan, China) Package: HK$40,000 - 50,000 per month + bonus We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic General Manager to lead our factory operations, overseeing a workforce of 500 employees. The ideal candidate will be a driving force for change, with a strong focus on HR, administration, and payroll management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment while enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Our client is a global leader in household goods and kitchenware products . Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and production processes to maintain and exceed factory standards. Review and enhance standardized systems and procedures in production management to optimize operational efficiency. Develop and implement HR and administrative management policies that align with company goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compensation for all employees. Act as the main pioneer of changes in recruitment strategies, driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent within the factory. Manage internal communication effectively and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Lead initiatives that promote organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related management discipline; knowledge of production processes is a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in China. Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage diverse teams. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese would be a plus. Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze data and create reports. Charismatic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Initiative-taker with a strong drive for results and operational excellence. Based in Dongguan China. Open to candidates willing to relocate or regular travel to the factory.
