Senior Room Attendant Nina Hospitality Job Overview Clean and maintain guest rooms, replenish amenities, manage housekeeping processes and provide prompt guest service. Responsibilities Responsible for cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guestrooms, work area and resources according to hotel standards. Check and replenish the guest room’s amenities and linen. Release checked‑out rooms to inspected vacant clean rooms after cleaning. Provide friendly, prompt and efficient service and ensure requests are acted upon immediately. Report missing or damaged linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment to supervisor. Forward all lost and found items to the Housekeeping office. Collect and deliver guest laundry. Immediately report any maintenance defect or hotel emergency to superior. Secure the floor master key during working hours and return it to Housekeeping office at end of shift. Perform general cleaning assigned by supervisor. Replenish and tidy the maid trolley during duty. Complete the Room Attendant worksheet and submit to Housekeeping office at shift end. Maintain and clean operating equipment. Stand by in the hotel in case of emergency (e.g., typhoon). Perform shift duties when needed. Execute other duties as assigned by supervisor. Complete other relevant projects as assigned by superior. Conduct room assignments and prepare AM Room Attendant worksheet during overnight shift. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality or related duties. Certificate in Hotel Room Attendant training or Hotel Management preferred.
