Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify the best pet products based on quality, design, price, and customer demand. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that the products meet the company's standards and specifications. Compose sales reports and analysis. Coordinate with the sourcing team to identify and procure from quality sources with competitive pricing and terms. Coordinate with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to promote, sell, and distribute the products effectively. Monitor and report on the performance and feedback of the products, and suggest improvements or modifications as needed. Help manage relationships with other businesses and clients, overseeing delivery schedules and providing administrative support. Assist in effective marketing and promotional campaigns both offline and online, including roadshows. Organize Road Shows and Pop‑up stores. Handle ad‑hoc projects assigned. Requirements 5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, and e‑commerce in the household goods / pet / electric appliance retail industry, with experience in organising roadshows and pop‑up stores. Proven knowledge and passion for pet products, either as a pet owner or through extensive industry experience. Strong market sense and awareness of the latest trends in household goods, electric appliance and pet products. Self‑driven, energetic, and positive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Adaptable and likes to take on different types of tasks to broaden your horizons. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficient in Office applications. Travel to SZ office is required. Immediate availability is highly preferable.
