Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager 南華工程實業有限公司 (SCEM) is seeking a passionate Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager to join our innovative team. This full-time position is based in our factory located in Fuyong, China. As an Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. What You'll Be Doing: Engage with customer engineering team on technical discussion, provide DFM, costing and drive engineering issues to resolution during whole product life cycle. Lead and support release, deployment, and post-launch activities related to components, assembly modules and sub-contract parts. Ensure project delivery, quality and cost meet the target from product development to post-launch stages, identify and mitigate technical risks that might impact project success. Design best-in-class manufacturing process based on product requirement, design corresponding fixtures, validate process capability and qualify process from NPI to MP stage. Work with Quality Engineers/QA to drive yield improvement and process change decisions through data-driven analysis, DOEs, SPC, etc. Drive the adoption of modern technologies/equipment to improve production quality, capacity and efficiency. Communicate project status, budgets, and risks to Management Team. Lead of project transfer to VN Plant. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or Engineering related major, Master degree perferred. Min 8 to 10 years of hand-on experience in Design/Manufacturing Process Development experience. Technical knowledge in fixture design and various production processes is preferred, such as CNC (milling, lathing), forming (injection, stamping), and mechanical/electronic assembly. Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated initiative and adaptability in a changing and dynamic environment. Skilled in communicating complex analytics, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable. Good written and fluent oral communication skills.
