Job Description
- The Resident Support Engineer(s) shall possess the following professional qualifications and experience.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirements.
- Strong knowledge of IT products like Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Websense proxy appliance, Juniper Firewall/ Fortigate Firewall, VMware, Symantec ProxySG gateway, etc.
- Good customer and vendor handling skills.
Job Requirements
- Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
- Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent.
- Over 4 years of hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway, Windows server, and software distribution systems.
