Feed Ads Optimization Manager

Design cross-platform feed ads placement plans based on business objectives (GMV/ROI) and the characteristics of client industries, and oversee account setup and plan implementation. Improve ad conversion efficiency through targeted strategies, bidding models, and creative combinations. Monitor real-time ad performance (CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC), conduct data analysis, and dynamically adjust bidding, targeting, creative assets, and ad placements. Establish a data analysis system to monitor core metrics such as click-through rate and conversion rate, identify issues, and formulate optimization plans. Regularly generate placement performance reports, share data results and optimization suggestions with clients to ensure goal achievement. Keep track of algorithm updates and traffic rule changes in the feed ads industry, and promptly adjust placement strategies. Analyze competitors' placement strategies, extract replicable experiences, and apply them to ads optimization. Collaborate with the creative team to provide material optimization directions based on data feedback (e.g., user pain points, conversion hook design). Work in tandem with the e-commerce operations team to support the company's sales targets for cosmetics and luxury goods through ad placements and drive business growth. Efficiently manage ad budgets, allocate resources across channels, and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in feed ads optimization. Priority will be given to those with experience in online sales in the 3C, beauty, and luxury goods industries. Familiar with the placement mechanisms of mainstream feed ad platforms. Proficient in optimizing the entire placement chain, able to quickly identify issues through data and formulate practical strategies. Sensitive to user psychology and traffic logic, skilled at exploring high-conversion creative directions. Skilled in using data analysis tools (Excel/SQL/BI) and capable of building basic reports. Results-oriented, with strong stress resistance and multitasking capabilities. Excellent cross-departmental communication and client needs management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
